Return and exchange

We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

You can return your product for store creditdifferent product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders. We are in love with custom orders and do our bests to agree on every detail with you before manufacturing. Placing a custom order you are asked to accept the design according to the digital mock-up we provide at the design stage.
  • Items in not original product packaging.
  • Items with visible signs of wear or use.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please pay your attention:

  • The color shade may differ from what you see on the screen. Note that color shade on the photo is affected by many factors, such as lighting, surrounding objects, and so on. We will be happy to provide samples of the current batch of colors you need, so you can see them in reality and carefully choose the color in your premise.
  • There may be slight differences in color between products ordered at different times due to changes in the batch of yarn. If you have previously purchased the product(s) and want to order another one(s) after a while, contact us to find out if the batch of yarn is the same.
  • The filler in Anzy Home poufs shrinks during operation. The period after which the shrinkage will be noticeable depends on the model of the pouf, the intensity of use, humidity in the room, and other factors. This is not a defect – all models of Anzy Home poufs provide everything so that you can easily refill the inner base with filler. You can contact us at any time for advice on the filling procedure, selection of filler, etc. We will be happy to help you resolve this issue!
  • Carpets and rugs are transported in a folded form, so after unpacking they may have folds. This is not a defect – it is necessary to unfold the carpet on the floor and carefully smooth and straighten all the folds. After a while, the carpet will become smooth under its own weight. If it is necessary to achieve such an effect promptly, you can use an iron or a steamer according to the care recommendations provided in each order.
  • Detailed sizes are specified in the description of each good. Note that the yarn used to make the products is a natural material, the density and elasticity of which can vary depending on the color and batch. Therefore, the dimensions of the product may differ from the size specified in its description. This is also due to the fact that all products are made by hand, and it is difficult to ensure perfect accuracy. The average size deviation is +- 1 inch (2.5 cm).
  •  Every product is supplied with a safety guide which you must read carefully before putting a product into use.
